A limited number of print copies are available at the PA North Country & Store in Towanda and at the Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau in Tunkhannock. "The Barns and Agriculture of Pennsylvania's Northern Tier: A Portrait" Available!

The Northern Tier Cultural Alliance is pleased to announce the availability of its’ brand new DVD, “The Barns and Agriculture of Pennsylvania’s Northern Tier: A Portrait”. The film is the culmination of an 18 month project focusing on regional barns – their architecture, uses and history. The hour-long documentary takes a look at the history of the barn structure, how to identify its origins, and the role it plays in past and present agriculture. The DVD also features interviews with barn experts and local farmers as well as footage from NTCA's two Year of the Barn Dances held in Coudersport and Troy.
