Three grant workshops will be held within the region covering the PPA grant cycle, eligibility and restrictions, and general grant writing tips. NTCA is one of seventeen (17) regional service providers selected by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) to administer the PPA Program. NTCA works in partnership with the PCA to design and create initiatives on a regional level that make a significant impact on arts and cultural opportunities in the counties of: Cameron, Clinton, Lycoming, Northumberland and Potter. Funding for the PPA Program comes from the citizens of Pennsylvania through an annual state appropriation by the Legislature and from a federal grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
