Technical Assistance
As a Regional Folk Arts Support Center, NTCA can provide you with information on PCA
programs, application forms, help in developing your project, or referrals to other
resources. In addition, NTCA and other regional organizations provide workshops on the
various grant programs available. If you would like help with a grant application,

February/March: PCA Artists in Education Directory Workshop.
None currently scheduled. If you are a traditional artist in Bradford, Cameron, Clinton,
Lycoming, McKean, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga or Wyoming Counties, and need assistance, please contact our office

May/June 2008: PA Partners in the Arts Project Stream Workshops. Pre-registration
is not required, but is appreciated. RSVP at

- May 22 at Noon - Clinton County Arts Council, 7 W. Main Street, Lock Haven
- June 6 at Noon - Cameron County Chamber of Commerce, 116 S. Cherry Street, Emporium - this
workshop will be followed immediately by a workshop on the PCA's Folk & Traditional Arts Fellowship
and Apprenticeship Programs. Open to any interested artist
- June 12 at 1:00pm - The Improved Milton Experience, 43 Broadway, Milton
June/July 2008: Fellowships in Performing and Craft Traditions, Apprenticeships in the
Traditional Arts, and Community Traditions Grants. Pre-registration
